Revitalize your partial sew-in with our maintenance service designed to keep your style looking fresh and flawless. This service includes a gentle shampoo to cleanse your hair, followed by thorough drying to ensure a polished finish. I will also tighten any loose tracks for a secure fit and provide a light styling to enhance your overall look. Please note that this service is specifically tailored for partial sew-ins that is between weeks 2 and 3 of your installation. It can be performed only once per install to maintain the integrity of your hair. Experience the perfect blend of care and style with our sew-in maintenance service!
Cancellation Policy
Appointments Your appointment must be booked online. There are NO refunds on services; however, if there is an issue within two business days, I am happy to fix it.​ ​Cancelation Failure to cancel the appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit. Purpose: Honor everyone’s time, ensure the schedule remains consistent, and prevent last-minute cancellations. ​​ No Call / No Show If you do not call or attend the appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable, and an additional fee of 40 dollars will be attached to the next appointment. Purpose: Ensures non-no-show appointments to protect everyone’s time and salon income.​ Tardy To The Party ? If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on time for other clients; additionally, if I do decide to continue with your appointment after 15 min grace period has run out there will be a $15 charge to your service to proceed with service Communication ​The best way to communicate is through text message, give me 2 business days to respond, however if there is an URGENT NEED call. Payment Method For our services, we accept payment via cash, card (with a 3% processing fee), or Zelle. Please note that all payments are due at the end of the service. While tipping is optional, it is always appreciated. I aim to communicate these payment expectations clearly upfront to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients. ​After Hours ​For appointments scheduled before or after regular hours, an additional fee of $40 will apply. These special bookings must be made via phone call and require a deposit to secure your appointment time Privacy policy I am committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring confidentiality.
